KBR Services LLC is seeking experienced Mechanical Relief Valve Technicians to support maintenance operations in oil & gas or fertilizer plant facilities in Qatar. The role is responsible for the inspection, testing, calibration, maintenance, and repair of Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) to ensure compliance with safety regulations and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications.

MECHANICAL RELIEF VALVE TECHNICIAN (MAINTENANCE)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have maintenance experience in oil & gas or fertilizer plant facilities.
• Must have hands-on experience in Pressure Safety Valve (PSV) testing and calibration.
• Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, test, calibrate, maintain, and repair Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on relief valves and related mechanical equipment.
• Ensure relief valves operate within OEM specifications and applicable industry safety standards.
• Diagnose faults and replace defective valve components as required.
• Conduct pressure testing and calibration using approved testing equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, calibration, and inspection records.
• Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and plant safety.
