KBR Services LLC is seeking experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technicians to support operations in oil & gas or fertilizer plant facilities in Qatar. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing major turbo machinery and mechanical systems to ensure continuous and safe plant operations.

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in major turbo machinery within oil & gas or fertilizer plant environments is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial mechanical systems and rotating equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and rotating equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical faults in turbo machinery and industrial equipment.
• Disassemble machinery to inspect, replace, or repair defective components.
• Reassemble and test equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with plant procedures.
• Support shutdown and turnaround maintenance activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols in industrial environments.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports of work performed.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to minimize downtime.
