Massage Therapist

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in massage therapy, spas, wellness centers, or related healthcare facilities.
• Must hold a Diploma or Certification in Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, or a related field.
• Skilled in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, and Sports Massage.
• Certification in Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, or other massage techniques is an advantage.
• Previous experience providing home-service massage treatments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of massage procedures and client-care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform massage treatments for extended periods.
• Able to work independently and manage client appointments professionally.
• Willing to travel to client locations when providing home-service treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional massage treatments based on clients’ needs, preferences, and service requirements.
• Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, and Sports Massage techniques.
• Conduct a basic consultation with clients to understand their needs and identify appropriate massage services.
• Adjust massage techniques, pressure, and treatment approaches according to client requirements.
• Provide relaxation and wellness treatments in a professional and comfortable environment.
• Apply appropriate massage oils, creams, or other treatment products when required.
• Explain treatment procedures and provide basic aftercare recommendations to clients.
• Maintain professional communication and positive relationships with clients.
• Provide home-service massage treatments when required.
• Travel to client locations and ensure all necessary massage equipment and supplies are properly prepared.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation of massage rooms, equipment, linens, and supplies.
• Clean, disinfect, and properly store massage equipment after each treatment.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures at all times.
• Maintain client privacy, comfort, and confidentiality.
• Monitor client feedback and report any concerns or unusual reactions appropriately.
• Maintain accurate service records and appointment information when required.
• Keep the treatment area clean, organized, and professional.
• Perform other massage therapy and wellness-related duties assigned by management.
