INSTA CZ s.r.o. is seeking skilled and hardworking individuals for the position of Mason / Tiler-Paver. The role involves performing construction and paving works, including road maintenance, sidewalks, and building-related tasks, while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Male applicants, 24 to 38 years old
• In excellent health condition
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction, particularly in road maintenance, sidewalks, and building works
• Experience in operating construction tools and equipment such as vibrating rammers, vibrating plates, jackhammers, pneumatic hammers, rubber hammers, angle grinders, and measuring tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and demonstrate passion for the job
• Must have a valid driver’s license; an international driver’s license for passenger vehicles is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Perform masonry, tiling, and paving works for roads, sidewalks, and construction projects
• Prepare surfaces, lay tiles or paving materials, and ensure proper alignment and finishing
• Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely
• Read and follow construction plans and technical drawings
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
• Assist in general construction tasks as required
