Al Moalem Institute Co. W.L.L. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing and Sales Officer to support business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and sales activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to achieve targets.

Marketing and Sales Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–10 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Result-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets
• Possess strong personal attributes and professional work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective marketing campaigns
• Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
