MARINE MECHANIC / OUTBOARD
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Marine Mechanic or in a similar role
- Must be a college graduate
- Strong knowledge of diesel and gasoline marine engines
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems, propulsion systems, and onboard equipment
- Relevant technical certification or vocational training is an advantage
- Good English communication skills
- Knowledge of international or Australian workplace safety standards is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing marine engines and related systems
- Performing routine servicing and preventive maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
- Testing engines and equipment to ensure proper operation
- Maintaining service records and reports
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals
