Manufacturing Machine Technician – Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) Pipe

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in operating, monitoring, maintaining, production setup, and defect troubleshooting of HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Machines and finished products.
  • Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in relevant fields or similar areas.
  • Experience in manufacturing or machine operation, preferably in plastics or pipe production.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain machines used in the production of HDPE Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) pipes.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed to ensure consistent quality.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure product quality and detect defects early.
  • Follow safety standards, production guidelines, and operational procedures.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and perform minor repairs on machines when required.
  • Support setup, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment.
