MANPOWER ADMINISTRATOR COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants only.
  • At least 2 years experience in the same field.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Graduate of BS Administration, Law, or any related course.
  • Experience in Investigations, Human Resources (HR), Compliance, Internal Audit, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate manpower administration and support daily office operations.
  • Maintain employee records, reports, and confidential documents accurately.
  • Assist in HR, compliance, investigation, and internal audit-related activities.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation for management review.
  • Coordinate with departments regarding manpower concerns and operational requirements.
  • Handle administrative tasks professionally while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and proper documentation management.
