MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Electromechanical and Aircondition)

Qualifications:

• Vocational Diploma in Electromechanical Technology or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in industrial machinery maintenance, preferably in factories or industrial plants.
• Knowledge of electromechanical systems, machinery maintenance, and basic air-conditioning systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and technical diagrams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of equipment testing, adjustment, and calibration procedures.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Physically fit and capable of performing technical maintenance duties.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, technical documentation, and operating instructions.
• Read and understand electrical diagrams and wiring diagrams to identify correct wiring connections and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Inspect machinery and equipment to identify mechanical, electrical, and air-conditioning faults.
• Disassemble machinery and equipment when maintenance or repairs are required.
• Repair, replace, or adjust defective mechanical and electrical components.
• Perform testing after maintenance or repair work to ensure equipment operates safely and correctly.
• Operate machinery and equipment during testing and commissioning procedures.
• Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to meet optimal operating specifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of electromechanical and air-conditioning systems.
• Inspect motors, electrical components, controls, sensors, pumps, and other equipment.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and company maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and equipment conditions.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures when working with electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment.
• Keep tools and work areas clean, safe, and properly organized.
• Report equipment abnormalities and major technical issues to supervisors.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by management.
