Al Mawarid Manpower Solutions Company is seeking qualified and experienced Filipino Bakers for an overseas work opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and bakery products while maintaining quality, consistency, food safety, and production standards in a fast-paced environment.

BAKER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a casual or fine dining restaurant or related food production environment.
• First-time overseas applicants and ex-abroad applicants are welcome to apply.
• Must have no visible tattoos.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in mass food production is required.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, oven operation, and bakery production.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent product quality.
• Physically fit and capable of working for extended periods in a bakery or kitchen environment.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other bakery products according to standardized recipes.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to achieve consistent product quality.
• Prepare dough, fillings, toppings, and other bakery components.
• Shape, proof, bake, and finish bakery products according to production requirements.
• Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product quality.
• Operate mixers, ovens, dough preparation equipment, and other bakery machinery safely.
• Support mass food production and ensure products are prepared according to production schedules.
• Maintain consistent taste, texture, appearance, and quality of baked products.
• Inspect ingredients and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep workstations, ovens, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Minimize ingredient waste and use materials efficiently.
• Work closely with kitchen and bakery staff to ensure timely production.
• Report equipment problems, ingredient issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Perform other baking and food production duties assigned by management.
