Aureol Global Connections is seeking a qualified Maintenance / Facilities Fitter to perform maintenance, repairs, rebuilding, and servicing of machinery and infrastructure within a manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will help ensure equipment remains operational, reliable, and efficient while minimizing production downtime.

MAINTENANCE / FACILITIES FITTER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance, mechanical fitting, facilities maintenance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Maximo Asset Management or an equivalent maintenance management system is an advantage.
• Maximo experience is not mandatory, as full training will be provided on site.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to inspect, maintain, repair, and rebuild manufacturing machinery.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be 25–45 years old.
• Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong attention to safety, equipment reliability, and maintenance quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, rebuilding, and servicing of machinery and infrastructure.
• Maintain and repair equipment and machinery throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on machines and equipment.
• Diagnose equipment problems and repair or replace defective components.
• Respond promptly to maintenance and repair requests to minimize production downtime and operational losses.
• Carry out repair and maintenance work directly at the manufacturing facility.
• Maintain accurate maintenance reports, service records, and repair documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing machinery and increase equipment efficiency.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Monitor tool and equipment requirements and place orders for replacements or additional items when necessary.
• Follow maintenance procedures, workplace safety requirements, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Coordinate with production and other facility personnel to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance work area.
