iPack (International Paper Products Mfg. Co.) is hiring a Machine Operator (Folding & Gluing Section) responsible for operating and maintaining folding, gluing, and related packaging machines. The role ensures efficient production of high-quality carton and packaging products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

MACHINE OPERATOR (Folding & Gluing Section)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in machine operation within folding, gluing, or packaging production.
• Experience in operating carton packaging machines, window patching, and thermal lamination equipment.
• Strong knowledge of machine setup, adjustment, and production monitoring.
• Ability to maintain quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production setting.
• No minimum educational attainment required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate folding and gluing machines such as Boost Vision folding & gluing and Vega folding and gluing machines.
• Operate Moll double face tape applicator with folding and gluing systems.
• Operate carton erecting machines (e.g., burger box machines), window patching machines, and thermal lamination machines.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, alignment, bonding, and overall quality.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of machines and tools.
• Follow production schedules and meet output targets efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company manufacturing standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for technical support when needed.
