Lead Mechanic

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 23 years of experience in a similar mechanical role
• Skilled in installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems and machinery
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• 25 to 30 years old
• Physically and medically fit to work

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and production machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely.
• Supervise and mentor junior mechanical technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to support smooth production operations.
