Lead Electrician

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrician
• 23 years of experience as an electrician in a similar role
• Skilled in installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and machinery
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• 25-30 years old
• Physically and medically fit to work

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in the factory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in machinery and production systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure electrical safety and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and guide junior electricians during maintenance and repair tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
• Collaborate with other maintenance teams to support continuous production operations.
