MRK is seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical engineering design, implementation, and commissioning for industrial projects. This role requires leadership in technical planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with client requirements, safety standards, and quality procedures.
Lead Electrical Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience in leading electrical engineering teams on large-scale industrial projects; ARAMCO experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, control systems, lighting, grounding, and electrical codes.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and industry safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical engineering team for design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Develop and review project electrical plans, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, international codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues.
- Supervise procurement and evaluation of electrical equipment and materials.
- Perform design verification, system testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical reports and updates to management.
