We are looking for an experienced Laundry Supervisor to join a reputable employer in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality service, and compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
LAUNDRY SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only
- 33 years old and below
- Must have experience in housekeeping and laundry operations
- Experience in a 5-star hotel is an advantage
- Height requirement: 5’6″ and above
- Experience in supervising laundry staff and coordinating daily operations
- Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment, fabric care, inventory control, and quality standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the laundry department and ensure efficient workflow
- Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and provide guidance to laundry personnel
- Ensure proper washing, drying, pressing, folding, and distribution of linens, uniforms, and garments
- Maintain quality control standards and inspect finished laundry items before distribution
- Monitor inventory of laundry supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance as needed
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies at all times
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet service requirements
