KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (HOSPITALITY)

Qualifications:

Minimum of four (4) years of relevant working experience.

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or related field.

Degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or similar discipline is preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education).

At least 2–4 years of experience in FMCG sales, key account management, or related roles with proven achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Build and sustain strong commercial relationships with hospitality clients across hotels, restaurants, and cafes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activity, customer interactions, sales pipelines, and performance using designated reporting tools.

Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives across the company’s product range.

Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, warehousing, and finance) to ensure smooth operations, accurate deliveries, and timely issue resolution.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Prepare and present account performance reviews, sales forecasts, and business plans.

Manage customer payment performance in line with agreed credit terms, minimizing overdue balances in coordination with the finance team.
