KSK Company is seeking motivated and skilled Junior Electricians to support electrical installation works on major infrastructure and construction projects across Turkey.

We welcome applications from Ex-Anel professionals and candidates with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including railways, airports, hospitals, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.

Junior Electrician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Electrician or Electrician in infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
• Ex-Anel experience is an advantage.
• Experience in railway, airport, hospital, high-rise building, industrial, or commercial construction projects is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical installation, cable pulling, termination, and testing.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical instructions.
• Familiarity with construction site safety practices and electrical standards.
• Physically fit and willing to work on project sites in Turkey.
• Team player with good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and wiring under the supervision of senior electricians.
• Install conduits, cable trays, cable ladders, electrical boxes, lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, and power distribution systems.
• Pull, terminate, and label power and control cables according to electrical drawings and project specifications.
• Read and interpret basic electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation layouts.
• Support electrical testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with project quality standards and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
