INSTRUMENT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
• Prior experience with TASNEE, SIPCHEM, ARAMCO, or SABIC in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred
• Strong familiarity with brownfield projects and plant work permit procedures
• Male applicants are preferred for this role

Responsibilities:

• Supervise instrumentation activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate brownfield projects including revamping, shutdown/turnaround, expansion, and system turnover
• Apply core instrumentation principles and professional practices to support plant operations
• Ensure adherence to plant work permit procedures and safety protocols
• Mentor and guide team members in instrumentation tasks and troubleshooting
• Liaise with other engineering disciplines to ensure project and operational goals are met
• Review and maintain accurate documentation and reports
