INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating injection molding machines
• Experience with at least one of the following machine brands/control systems:
  • Engel (cc200 / cc300)
  • Arburg (Selogica)
  • Ferromatik Milacron
  • Haitian / Haitai
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes and basic process optimization
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to quality, precision, and teamwork
• At least High School graduate
• Ability to work independently and responsibly

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines in a production environment
• Set up machines, adjust parameters, and ensure stable production output
• Work with various machine brands and control systems (Engel, Arburg, Milacron, Haitian, Haitai)
• Read and follow technical instructions, work orders, and production documentation
• Perform quality control checks on molded parts and adjust processes as needed
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting to support continuous production
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet output and quality targets
• Ensure compliance with safety and workplace standards at all times
