INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATE (SENIOR)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of seven (7) years of related IT experience.
• Previous experience in a customer service role with strong data processing and input skills.
• Experience working with Maximo work order systems is preferred.
• Prior experience with the US Military or in a government contracting environment is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems.
• Manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Assist users with system access, data processing, and technical concerns.
• Perform data entry, processing, and system updates with high accuracy.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
• Utilize and manage work order systems such as Maximo for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, system configurations, and support activities.
