INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATE III

Qualifications:

• Minimum of seven (7) years of related IT experience.
• Experience in customer service and automated data processing/input systems.
• Prior experience working with Maximo work order systems is preferred.
• Experience in US Military or government contracting environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform data entry, processing, and management of automated information systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure and ensuring system availability.
• Support end-users with troubleshooting, account management, and technical assistance.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures, system updates, and support activities.
• Utilize work order management systems such as Maximo for tracking and resolving requests.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
