HyLife Foods LP is seeking experienced Industrial Meat Cutters to join our Canadian operations. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in meat cutting, deboning, and slaughter operations, ensuring that all products meet strict food safety and quality standards.

Industrial Meat Cutter

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of continuous verifiable experience as a meat cutter, deboner, or slaughter operator without gaps.
  High school graduate.
• Valid IELTS certificate (General Training or UKVI).
• Must have an SSS online account.
• Ability to provide employment verification documents (employment certificate, company ID, payslips, contracts, etc.).
• TESDA NCII in Slaughtering Operations for full-time slaughterers.
• Willing to travel to Manila for trade test and intervie

Responsibilities:

• Saw, split, or scribe carcasses into smaller portions for easier handling.
• Cut bones from standard cuts of meat (chuck, hams, loin, plated, round, shanks) using knives and meat hooks to prepare meat for packing and marketing.
• Insert the knife accurately around bones to separate meat, fat, tissue, and defects.
• Weigh carcasses before moving them into the cooler.
• Follow all Food Safety Requirements and company hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
