Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of working experience as a Housemaid, Domestic Helper, or in a related household role.
• Must be at least a high school graduate.
• Must be at least 24 years old.
• Experience in performing all-around household chores.
• Experience in caring for babies, children, and elderly individuals is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn basic Arabic cooking and adapt to the employer’s household practices.
• Honest, trustworthy, patient, and responsible.
• Physically fit and capable of performing household duties.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in the Maldives under the employer’s terms and conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general household cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all areas of the home.
• Wash, dry, iron, fold, and organize clothes, linens, and household fabrics.
• Clean and organize bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Assist in caring for babies, children, or elderly family members, including supervising daily activities and providing basic personal assistance.
• Prepare and serve simple meals and be willing to learn how to cook basic Arabic dishes according to the employer’s preferences.
• Purchase or organize household supplies as instructed by the employer.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen utensils, appliances, and food preparation areas.
• Follow daily schedules and complete assigned household tasks efficiently.
• Respect the privacy, customs, and household rules of the employer.
• Report any maintenance issues or household concerns to the employer promptly.
• Perform other household duties as assigned.
