Housekeeping Supervisor / Soft Service Manager

Qualifications:

• Vocational diploma or short course certificate in relevant fields or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervising soft services or housekeeping operations.
• Male applicants preferred.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a group of employees effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the soft service/housekeeping team.
• Schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and ensure staff productivity.
• Train and mentor employees, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.
• Coordinate with management to ensure department goals are met.
• Address staff or operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Implement standard operating procedures for soft services.
