We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and organized individual to serve as a Housekeeper and Cook on a working farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest accommodations, as well as preparing nutritious meals for staff and visiting guests. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Housekeeper / Cook (Farm-Based)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in housekeeping and/or cooking
• Ability to cook a variety of meals
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Trustworthy, dependable, and physically capable of performing duties
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours when guests are present

Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping Duties:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, kitchens, and common areas
  • Change bed linens, towels, and prepare rooms for incoming guests
  • Wash, dry, and organize laundry as needed
  • Maintain proper sanitation and hygiene standards at all times
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and household essentials
• Cooking Duties:
  • Plan and prepare daily meals for farm staff and guests
  • Ensure meals are nutritious, well-balanced, and prepared in a timely manner
  • Accommodate dietary requirements or preferences when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Manage food inventory efficiently
• Additional Duties:
  • Assist with light farm-related hospitality tasks when guests are present
  • Maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for visitors
  • Report maintenance or supply needs to management
