Shinbo Saudi Arabia Company Limited is seeking skilled Instrument Hook-Up and Tubing Technicians to support industrial installation and commissioning projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, assembly, and connection of instrument tubing and hook-up systems, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with engineering standards.

HOOP UP AND TUBING

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in instrument hook-up installation and tubing assembly.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, hook-up details, and P&IDs.
  • Knowledge of tubing materials, fittings, and installation methods.
  • Skilled in instrument tubing bending, fitting, and alignment techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation and assembly of instrument hook-up systems and tubing lines in industrial facilities.
  • Interpret and follow hook-up drawings, P&IDs, and technical installation instructions.
  • Carry out tubing bending, fitting, routing, and connection of instrumentation lines.
  • Ensure proper alignment, tightening, and sealing of instrument connections to prevent leaks.
  • Assist in pre-commissioning and commissioning support activities.
  • Conduct inspection and testing of installed tubing systems for integrity and compliance.
  • Work closely with instrumentation engineers and technicians to ensure accurate installation.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards at all times.
