Al Mashareeb Roastery Company is hiring a Head Roaster responsible for overseeing coffee roasting operations, ensuring consistent product quality, and maintaining high standards in production and safety. The role involves managing roasting processes, monitoring quality control, and supporting the overall efficiency of the roastery.

Head Roaster

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a coffee roaster.
• Vocational course graduate (related training is an advantage).
• Knowledgeable in coffee roasting processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee coffee roasting processes to achieve desired flavor profiles.
• Monitor roasting parameters such as temperature, time, and airflow.
• Ensure consistent quality and standardization of roasted coffee products.
• Conduct quality checks and cupping evaluations when necessary.
• Maintain roasting equipment and ensure proper functionality.
• Follow safety standards and proper handling procedures.
• Manage inventory of green coffee beans and roasting supplies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the roasting area.
