Eathai Restaurant Co. WLL is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Chef specializing in authentic Thai cuisine. The successful candidate will lead kitchen operations, ensure consistent food quality, and manage culinary staff while maintaining high standards of authenticity, presentation, and efficiency.

HEAD CHEF (THAI CUISINE)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef specializing in authentic Thai cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Thai cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu development.
• Experience managing kitchen operations and supervising staff.
• Ability to control food cost, inventory, and kitchen performance.
• Experience working in high-volume restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Prepare and oversee the production of authentic Thai dishes with consistent quality and presentation.
• Develop and refine Thai menus, recipes, and seasonal offerings.
• Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Control food cost, inventory, and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
