GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE – CONCIERGE
Qualifications:
- Age requirement: 22–35 years old.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Concierge, Guest Service Associate, or similar role in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, professional, and guest-service oriented.
- Strong knowledge of luxury hotel operations and guest relations.
- Ability to multitask and handle guest requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural hospitality team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, dining options, transportation, and activities.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and arrangements efficiently and professionally.
- Assist guests with reservations, bookings, transportation arrangements, and special requests.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure smooth delivery of guest services.
- Provide recommendations and support to enhance guest satisfaction and overall experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests and service arrangements.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold luxury hospitality service standards.
- Ensure the concierge desk and service areas are organized and presentable.
