Furniture Sprayer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of furniture spraying experience.
• Proven experience applying polyurethane (PU), lacquer, primer, and topcoat systems.
• Excellent finishing standards and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of furniture preparation, surface finishing, sanding, and coating techniques.
• Experience operating professional spray-painting equipment.
• Knowledge of spray equipment cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to produce smooth, consistent, and high-quality finishes.
• Experience in furniture, cabinet, kitchen, or woodworking manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience spraying kitchen doors or high-end furniture is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety when handling paints, coatings, and solvents.
• Good manual skills and ability to work accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Physically fit and capable of performing furniture finishing duties.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare furniture surfaces and components for professional spray finishing.
• Apply polyurethane (PU), lacquer, primer, and topcoat systems according to product and production specifications.
• Operate spray guns and other professional spray-painting equipment safely and effectively.
• Mix and prepare coatings according to manufacturer instructions and required finishing specifications.
• Achieve smooth, even, and consistent finishes on furniture and wood surfaces.
• Inspect surfaces before and after spraying to identify imperfections, defects, or uneven finishes.
• Perform sanding, preparation, touch-ups, and other finishing work as required.
• Apply multiple coating layers while observing appropriate drying and curing requirements.
• Maintain high finishing standards for furniture, cabinets, doors, panels, and other wood products.
• Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot basic spray equipment and tools.
• Ensure spray guns, hoses, pumps, and related equipment are properly cleaned after use.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures when handling paints, coatings, solvents, and other materials.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during preparation and spraying operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly ventilated work area.
• Coordinate with cabinet makers, joiners, production staff, and supervisors to meet finishing requirements.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining excellent workmanship and quality.
• Perform other furniture finishing and spraying duties assigned by management.
