FOOD RUNNER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in food service or hospitality.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods.
• Able to carry trays and plates safely.
• Good communication skills and a teamwork-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene standards.
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately.
• Ensure correct food presentation, garnishing, and order completeness before serving.
• Assist waiters and waitresses during peak service hours.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and service team regarding orders and special requests.
• Clear empty plates and assist with table turnover as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, trays, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards at all times.
• Handle guest requests professionally and politely, reporting any service issues, delays, or incorrect orders to the supervisor.
