FOOD AND BEVERAGE (SSW)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants, aged 20–40 years old.
  • Completed 3 years as a technical intern trainee in one or more of the listed food processing areas.
  • Practical knowledge of food manufacturing processes, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Physically fit and able to perform tasks in a food production setting

Responsibilities:

  • Perform food processing tasks in one or more of the following areas:
    • Ready-made meal processing
    • Bread baking
    • Ham, sausage, and bacon making
    • Heated and non-heated fishery processed foodstuff manufacturing
    • Fish paste making
    • Primal cut of beef and pork processing
    • Poultry processing
    • Can seaming for canned foods
    • Agricultural pickles processing
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all food handling and processing operations.
  • Operate machinery and equipment according to standard procedures.
  • Monitor product quality, report issues, and maintain accurate production records.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
