Panda Retail Company is hiring Fishery Sales Associates for its supermarket and retail operations in Saudi Arabia. The company is seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals who can handle fish preparation, product display, and customer service in the seafood department.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in fresh food handling, retail sales, or supermarket operations.

Fishery Sales Associate

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• At least high school graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred.
• Experience in food handling, seafood preparation, or retail sales is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in cold storage environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, clean, and display a variety of fish products according to supervisor instructions.
• Assist customers by providing excellent service in the seafood/fishery section.
• Prepare fish products for sale following hygiene and quality standards.
• Conduct morning inventory checks and report stock availability.
• Ensure proper labeling and date coding (FIFO system) for all incoming products.
• Store products properly in walk-in coolers and maintain freshness standards.
• Follow safe working practices and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fishery department.
• Support daily retail operations and assist team members when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
