Trends Beauty International is hiring a Senior Hairdresser to join its professional salon team in Papua New Guinea. The company is looking for highly skilled and experienced beauty professionals who can deliver advanced hair services and provide excellent customer care.
This role is ideal for experienced stylists with strong technical skills in hairdressing and additional expertise in makeup and beauty services.
SENIOR HAIRDRESSER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Art & Design or related field.
- Preferably an all-around beautician with expertise in hair styling, treatments, and makeup application.
- Strong technical skills in hair cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Ability to provide professional beauty consultations.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments.
- Deliver high-quality salon services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide professional makeup application and basic beauty services as needed.
- Recommend suitable hair and beauty treatments based on client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon at all times.
- Ensure proper care and handling of salon tools and equipment.
- Conduct client consultations and provide expert beauty advice.
- Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, and beauty practices.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Support overall salon operations and teamwork.
