Al-Iman Gasket Factory is seeking an experienced Finishing Carpenter for an overseas work opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will perform detailed carpentry and finishing work, ensuring woodwork, fixtures, and interior components are properly installed, finished, and maintained according to required quality standards.

FINISHING CARPENTER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of field working experience as a Finishing Carpenter or in a related carpentry position.
• Maximum age: 45 years old.
• Strong practical knowledge of finishing carpentry and woodworking.
• Experience installing and finishing doors, frames, cabinets, trims, moldings, panels, partitions, and other wooden fixtures is an advantage.
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, fit, assemble, and install carpentry materials.
• Ability to use common carpentry hand tools and power tools.
• Good attention to detail and workmanship.
• Ability to perform precise finishing and fitting work.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual carpentry duties.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, hardworking, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to follow company policies, work instructions, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform finishing carpentry work for doors, frames, cabinets, panels, partitions, trims, moldings, and other wooden fixtures.
• Measure, mark, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other carpentry materials according to specifications.
• Install doors, door frames, trims, moldings, cabinets, shelves, panels, and other finished wood components.
• Perform detailed fitting and adjustment to ensure proper alignment, level, dimensions, and appearance.
• Read and interpret basic drawings, measurements, layouts, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and carpentry equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform sanding, trimming, cutting, drilling, fastening, and other finishing activities.
• Repair damaged or defective wooden fixtures and components.
• Inspect completed carpentry work to ensure proper workmanship, fit, finish, and quality.
• Make necessary adjustments and corrections to achieve the required finish.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from unnecessary hazards.
• Follow proper workplace health and safety procedures when handling tools, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with supervisors, construction workers, maintenance personnel, and other trades when required.
• Follow project specifications, company procedures, and quality standards.
• Complete assigned carpentry work within required schedules.
• Perform other carpentry, repair, installation, and finishing duties assigned by management.
