F&B MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel or resort setting or managing a standalone restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and banquet services.
  • Budget management and financial acumen, with experience in cost control and profitability analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and product quality.
  • Monitor inventory, manage costs, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of food and beverage staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to design innovative and seasonal menus that cater to diverse guest preferences while maintaining the resort’s culinary standards.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring that all food and beverage experiences exceed expectations.
  • Address guest feedback effectively and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute banquets and special events.
  • Work closely with the events team to develop tailored food and beverage packages that cater to various occasions and preferences.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the food and beverage department.
  • Implement strategies to improve profitability and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the resort’s food and beverage offerings through innovative campaigns, events, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage facilities to ensure adherence to cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
