FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

• Completed 2-year Vocational Course, College Graduate, or hold a higher educational qualification (highly encouraged).
• Prior experience in factory work is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety protocols.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is an asset.
• Good communication skills in English for effective teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in semiconductor manufacturing processes, including assembling, sorting, and inspecting components.
• Operate basic factory machinery and tools under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with factory protocols.
• Follow production schedules and contribute to meeting output targets.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure components meet specified standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues promptly to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
