EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisor, or Senior Housekeeper is preferred.
- Experience in hotels, luxury residences, private households, or VIP homes is an advantage.
- Must have TESDA NC II in Housekeeping, a valid passport with a minimum validity of 18 months, and a latest COE from a reputable establishment.
- Must be available for immediate deployment and willing to commit to a minimum two-year contract.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations to maintain a safe, clean, pleasant, and orderly environment for patients and hospital personnel.
- Lead and monitor housekeeping staff, including preparing work schedules, duty assignments, and daily task allocations.
- Oversee cleaning, laundry, ironing, linen handling, and other housekeeping activities according to established standards.
- Inspect assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and presentation are consistently maintained.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and equipment, and prepare inventory reports as needed.
- Report damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or other issues to the appropriate management personnel.
- Ensure compliance with housekeeping, sanitation, infection control, and workplace safety procedures.
