EXECUTIVE FAMILY CHAUFFEUR / EXECUTIVE DRIVER

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Candidates must be at least High School graduates.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a private driver, executive driver, or chauffeur.
  • Must possess a valid driving license.
  • Proven experience driving luxury and high-end vehicles.
  • Clean driving record with strong knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
  • Professional appearance, courteous behavior, and polite attitude.
  • Ability to speak and understand basic English.
  • High level of punctuality, discretion, confidentiality, and reliability.
  • Familiarity with navigation applications such as Google Maps and Waze.
  • Previous experience working with VIPs, executives, families, embassies, hotels, or luxury transportation companies is preferred.
  • Knowledge of airport procedures and VIP guest handling is an advantage.
  • Defensive driving or advanced driving training certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport executives, family members, VIP guests, and clients to assigned destinations.
  • Operate luxury and high-end vehicles responsibly and professionally.
  • Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off schedules at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism while serving executives and family members.
  • Utilize navigation applications to identify efficient and safe travel routes.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper condition of assigned vehicles.
  • Assist passengers with luggage, airport transfers, and VIP guest handling when required.
  • Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company transportation policies.
  • Coordinate with employers or management regarding schedules, travel plans, and transportation requirements.
  • Maintain records of trips, fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and vehicle-related documents.
