Hitachi Elevators & Escalators is currently hiring Elevator Installers for deployment to Taiwan. As a globally recognized leader in elevator and escalator technology, the company offers opportunities for skilled technical workers to gain international experience in the installation and maintenance of vertical transportation systems.

ELEVATOR INSTALLER

Qualifications:

• Graduate of at least a 2-year vocational course
• Must possess Diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Elevator Installer or Escalator Installer
• Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE) as proof of relevant work experience
• Knowledgeable in elevator and escalator installation procedures, tools, and safety standards
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights and construction sites
• Ability to read technical drawings, installation plans, and equipment specifications is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Install elevators, escalators, moving walks, and related equipment according to company standards and technical specifications.
• Assemble and install guide rails, elevator cars, counterweights, machine units, doors, and control systems.
• Read and interpret installation drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Perform alignment, adjustment, and testing of installed equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Inspect components and equipment before installation to verify quality and completeness.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and site personnel to ensure timely project completion.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and installation procedures at all times.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and assist in corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Prepare installation reports and documentation as required.
