New Vision International Schools Co is seeking dedicated and qualified Elementary & Secondary Teachers to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

ELEMENTARY & SECONDARY TEACHER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (BEEd, BSEd, or Early Childhood Education).
• Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) with a valid PRC license.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience; 1–3 years preferred (fresh graduates may also be considered).
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in assessing and evaluating student performance.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Patient, organized, and passionate about teaching and student development.
• Ability to use educational technology and teaching aids to enhance learning.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and educational standards.
• Teach assigned subjects and ensure students understand the lessons effectively.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through quizzes, examinations, assignments, and other learning activities.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe and positive learning environment.
• Monitor and record students’ progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Develop instructional materials and use appropriate teaching methods and educational technology.
• Encourage student participation and support academic and personal development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.
