Electrical Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
• Prior experience with TASNEE, SIPCHEM, ARAMCO, or SABIC in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred
• Experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Construction sectors
• Male applicants are preferred for this role

Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical activities in brownfield projects including revamping, shutdown/turnaround, expansion, and system turnover
• Ensure compliance with plant work permit procedures, safety protocols, and industry standards
• Coordinate electrical operations with other engineering disciplines to achieve project and operational goals
• Provide leadership and mentorship to electrical teams in multi-cultural work environments
• Monitor project progress, inspect work quality, and maintain accurate documentation
• Apply core electrical engineering principles and professional practices effectively
