Job Vacancy: ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in electrical works
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong background in commissioning of industrial projects
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and commissioning activities
- Ensure all work is carried out according to project specifications and timelines
- Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance and support
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Prepare reports and maintain project documentation
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution
