KSK Company is seeking qualified and experienced Electrical Site Engineers to oversee electrical works for major infrastructure and construction projects across Turkey.
We welcome applications from Ex-Anel professionals and candidates with proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including railways, airports, hospitals, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.
Electrical Site Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Site Engineer in infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
- Ex-Anel experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in railway, airport, hospital, high-rise building, industrial, or commercial construction projects is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with international electrical standards and construction safety practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to work on project sites in Turkey.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage electrical installation activities at project sites in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, technical documents, and construction plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor electrical works including power distribution systems, lighting, low-voltage systems, cable installations, containment systems, and electrical equipment installation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project quality standards, electrical codes, and technical requirements.
- Assist in electrical testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and final handover activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including site documentation, material requirements, and work status updates.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support to site teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and promote safe working practices.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and completion of electrical works.
