Bondata Oy is seeking skilled and experienced Electrical Cabinet Assembly Workers for deployment to Finland. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and testing electrical cabinets and control panels while ensuring compliance with electrical standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.

ELECTRICAL CABINET ASSEMBLY WORKER

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
  • At least High School Graduate.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an Electrical Cabinet Assembly Worker or related position.
  • Knowledgeable in control panel boards and motor control systems.
  • Must have relevant work experience in industrial electrical, electrical engineering, or automation industries.
  • Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams, electrical schematics, and blueprints.
  • Previous experience in installing and assembling electrical cabinets is required.
  • Educational background in Electrical Engineering is considered an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
    Must have no criminal record.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and install electrical cabinets, control panels, and related electrical components.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and circuit diagrams accurately.
  • Perform wiring, connection, and testing of electrical cabinet systems.
  • Ensure all electrical assemblies meet company quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or installation issues when necessary.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and technical teams to meet production schedules and project requirements.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times.
  • Assist in inspection, testing, and quality control of completed electrical cabinet assemblies.
