DOORMAN

Qualifications:

Age requirement: 22–35 years old.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Doorman or in a similar guest service role within a 5-star hotel environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.

Ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods while performing duties.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE).

Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural hospitality team.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and bid them farewell upon departure.

Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the hotel.

Provide assistance with directions, hotel information, and general guest inquiries.

Coordinate with the Bell Desk, Concierge, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest service.

Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis and private vehicles.

Help manage traffic flow at the hotel entrance to ensure guest safety and convenience.

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel entrance and surrounding areas.

Observe and report any unusual activities or safety concerns to the appropriate department.

Maintain a professional appearance and deliver courteous, attentive service at all times.

Uphold the hotel’s standards for hospitality, security, and guest satisfaction.
