Die Cutting Machinery Operator / Setter

Qualifications:

• Male applicants, 25 to 40 years old
• Ability to independently adjust and operate die cutting machines, including mold changes
• Capable of performing basic machine maintenance and ensuring proper cleanliness of equipment
• Able to troubleshoot common technical issues during production
• Basic computer skills required
• Able to work independently and make sound operational decisions
• Strong focus on quality output and meeting production targets
• Responsible and disciplined approach to work
• Good health condition
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Quick learner and able to adapt easily in the workplace

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up die cutting machines according to production requirements
• Change molds and adjust machine settings as needed
• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with standards
• Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve minor technical issues
• Carry out routine maintenance and ensure machines are clean and functional
• Maintain accurate production records where required
• Follow safety procedures and workplace regulations at all times
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently met
