Topaz Jewellery is hiring a Diamond Stone Setter in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting diamonds and other gemstones into various jewelry pieces with precision, ensuring proper alignment, secure placement, and high-quality finishing according to design specifications.

DIAMOND STONE SETTER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience as a Diamond Stone Setter, Gemstone Setter, Jewelry Stone Setter, or in a similar jewelry-related position.
  • Must be at least a high school graduate.
  • Must have practical knowledge of gemstone setting techniques and the proper use of precision hand tools.
  • Must have good hand-eye coordination, precision, patience, and strong attention to detail.
  • Male applicants are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Set diamonds and other gemstones securely into jewelry pieces such as rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and other jewelry items according to design specifications.
  • Use precision hand tools and specialized equipment to position, align, and secure gemstones accurately while minimizing the risk of damage.
  • Examine gemstones and jewelry settings before and during the setting process to ensure proper placement and alignment.
  • Inspect finished jewelry to verify that gemstones are firmly secured, properly aligned, and free from visible defects.
  • Make necessary adjustments to gemstone settings to achieve the required appearance, quality, and design standards.
  • Maintain precision and attention to detail throughout the stone-setting process.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and proper handling practices for diamonds, gemstones, tools, and jewelry materials.
