We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to support catering and hospitality operations in a high-volume industrial and camp catering environment. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with food safety and kitchen procedures.

Demi Chef De Partie

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• Up to 30 years old
• 3 to 4 years of experience in kitchen operations
• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking food items for bulk catering operations
• Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen tasks and operations
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section
• Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Follow recipes, portion control, and kitchen procedures accurately
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
